Digital Products Policy:
Since our products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product download link is sent or access is granted. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

Exceptions:
We only make exceptions to this rule when the digital product is fundamentally corrupted, or you are entirely unable to download or access the file due to a technical error on our end. In such rare cases, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. We will first attempt to fix the issue or provide a working link. If we fail to do so, a refund will be processed.
